The issue of bullying normally occurs to students during their school or college life. Now it is the time when summer vacations are ending and students have to head back to school, the subject of bullying will be on many parents' minds. So bullying is a hot topic now. Stories of celebrities who have been bullied are even hotter. Olympic champ Michael Phelps’ childhood bullying issues had international interest.
